We strongly suggest that all prospective tenants physically view the rentals before applying.

 

To schedule a viewing of a rental, give us a call or send us a message or email, and we will set a time & date to meet you at the property so you can view it. 

 

Once viewed and you want to move forward you can apply online and pay the $40 non-refundable application fee or you can fill out a paper application and pay cash for the fee in person.  

 

Please allow 3-4 business' days to process required verification checks from your application, and for management to confirm all rental criteria is met and approved. We will rent available homes to applicants in order they are approved.
